Logistics Specialist (Full-Time)

In addition to its regular weekend club operations, GAGA has, over the past few years, become a sought-after event venue for clients in the B2B and B2C sectors, such as About You, Vattenfall, Otto, Bentley, MOIA, and Pentax.

Due to high demand, we are looking for a logistics specialist (full-time) to join our growing team as soon as possible—someone who shares our high standards for quality and our enthusiasm, and who wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the logistics team
  • Training new logistics staff and integrating them into the team
  • Preparing for and following up on club operations
  • Overseeing and organizing inventory management and ordering of goods
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
  • Planning, executing, and continuously improving logistics processes
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with the F&B Manager and the Purchasing Department
  • Coordinating setup and teardown during events
  • Independently performing minor maintenance tasks and repairs
